Core Responsibilities:<\/code><\/pre>\n\n\n\nPredict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner
Prepare budget based on scope of work and resource requirements
Track project costs in order to meet budget
Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan
Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress
Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables
Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution
Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed
Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement
Coordinate internal resources and third parties\/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
Ensure resource availability and allocation
Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
He or She should be creative because project may fall off the track and meet obstacle
Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
Perform risk management to minimize project risks
Ability to use remote tools like Web Ex, SharePoint, Go-to-meeting, Skype for business or similar tool
Should be able to work on different time zone sometimes if demanded by the stakeholders
Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project
Delegate project tasks to team and define the role to each member of the team so there is no conflict of interest
Track project performance, specifically to analyse the successful completion of short and long-term goals
Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis
Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members
This position directly reports to the PMO Group manager
Headquarter of the client is in Round Rock, Texas and after every 3 months you have to visit the office to interact with the team and implement a motivation factor in them.

\u00b7 Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u00b7 Strong working knowledge of Microsoft<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u00b7 Scrum Certificate is mandatory (in process is acceptable)<\/p>\n\n\n\n
